Lay
ministries of the Marians of the Immaculate Conception
The
following three ministries are lay outreach ministries of the
Marians of the Immaculate Conception. Each ministry complements
the other in bringing The Divine Mercy message to the world.
Mercy Films works closely with each of these ministries in
many ways.
John
Paul II Institute of Divine Mercy provides training for
Clergy and Lay leaders in Divine Mercy through books, tapes,
seminars, days of recollection, and Oceans of Mercy retreats.
Their latest project, a 5 hour informational DVD, covers every
aspect of this messge and devotion. Produced and available right
here on Mercy Images.com.
The
Eucharistic Apostles of The Divine Mercy supports spiritual
formation for laity and works of mercy by offering seminars
and a guided study program for prayer communities that includes
the Message of Mercy, the Catechism, and Scripture. EADM supports
Eucharistic Adoration, especially prayer for the sick and dying.
EADM provides many other works of mercy, including medical
shipments to the poor, prison ministry, and mercy in the health
professions.

of Mercy Messengers travel all over the country bringing
a wonderful dramatic presentation of The Divine Mercy and the
diary of St. Faustina to parishes. Using large Images, a sound
system and lights, Dave and Joan Maroney's presentations have
brought many back to the sacramental life of the Church. They
also have a program for youth and Catholic schools. To schedule
a presentation in your parish, write or call:

Another
ministry of the Marians is the beloved and beautiful National Shrine of
The Divine Mercy in Stockbridge. The
National Shrine of The Divine Mercy is a place of great
peace, serenity and healing.
Many
thousands of pilgrims visit this Berkshire shrine each year. On Divine Mercy
Sunday over 20,000 people come to Eden Hill.
